• Customer should count, verify, and compare with packing list all items shipped. Specialized Storage Systems is not responsible for shortages if not noted on the bill of lading.
• Customer is to sign for and inspect shipment thoroughly for damaged goods. If goods are damaged and not signed for, Specialized Storage Systems will not be responsible for paying for replacement items.
• The above costs do not include removal of dunnage, building permits, professionally sealed drawings, or concrete work (footings) which are the customer’s responsibility.
• Specialized Storage Systems is authorized to collect sales & use tax in NJ, NY, CT & PA, which is not included in above pricing. Payment of sales and use tax in other states is the responsibility of the end user and is not included in pricing.
• The above quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the above date and are based on the above quantities.
• On all cancelled orders, owner shall compensate Specialized Storage for its performance, commitments and damages by paying Specialized Storage for all engineering, labor and material costs used or committed by Specialized Storage plus 15% on the full purchase price. In no event shall the full amount exceed the purchase price. Full payment for cancelled orders shall become due and payable on the date of cancellation.
