Please note that all orders MUST be inspected for damage and packages counted to check for shortages BEFORE the delivery driver leaves your facility. The driver copy of the delivery receipt must be noted with any damage or shortage in order for replacements to be shipped out to you at no additional cost.
By submitting this order, I acknowledge and understand all claims will be denied if a clear delivery bill was signed for.
All orders submitted as Tax Exempt must email proof of exemption to info@industrialshelving.com immediately after placing the order. We reserve the right to charge MO and IL taxes separately for any order claiming to be exempt without proof of that exemption.
